Using Your Digital Planner & Journal

  • Yes! You can use this on most tablets, phones, or computers—no Apple Pencil required.

  • Most likely, yes! This planner works on iPads, Android tablets, smartphones, and computers (both Mac and Windows).

All you need is a PDF editing app like Goodnotes, Noteshelf, or Xodo.

  • Yes—you’ll need a PDF annotation app to open and write or type in the planner.

Goodnotes, Noteshelf, and Xodo are great options, and many of them offer free versions.

  • Absolutely. You can add text boxes and type on any page—whatever feels most natural to you.

  • Technically yes, but just a heads up—it might use a lot of ink!

If printing is something you’re really interested in, let me know. I may offer printable versions in the future.

  • The guided journals (with prompts) aren’t editable, but you can reuse them as often as you like.

I’m also working on adding blank, reusable journals soon!

  • Yes! Goodnotes and Noteshelf both have free versions, and other apps like Xodo work great too.

  • There’s no setup beyond importing the file into your PDF app—but I’ve created a short video guide to make it even easier.

You’ll find it linked in your welcome email and inside the planner.

Emotional Support & Common Concerns

  • Nope. This isn’t about cramming more into your day.

It’s about slowing down, checking in with yourself, and making space for what matters.

The Balanced Mind Toolkit was built to support your emotional wellbeing, not push you to “do more.”

  • If you’ve ever felt like your mind is constantly spinning or your heart’s just tired, this was made for you.

You’re not just buying pages. You’re giving yourself permission to check in, show up gently, and feel seen.

  • Most planners focus on what you need to do.

This one focuses on how you feel.

It’s cozy, calming, and made for women who want emotional clarity, not more pressure.

  • No way. This is here to lighten your load, not add to it.

You don’t have to use it every day. You don’t have to fill out every page.

Even 5 quiet minutes can help you feel more grounded.

Use it your way—there’s no “right” way to begin.
